I’m a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, and I’ve spent more than 15 years working in education and publishing. But the experience that most shaped my work was becoming the parent of a neurodivergent child.

Like many families, we navigated misunderstandings, school challenges, and long stretches of uncertainty. I know how heavy those decisions can feel—and how isolating it can be when you’re trying to advocate while also holding everything together at home.

Coaching grew out of a simple belief:
Parents need support too.

My approach is calm, practical, and compassionate. I don’t believe in fixing children. I believe in helping parents feel grounded, informed, and capable of making thoughtful decisions for their families.

In our work together, we might:

  • explore what your child truly needs to feel safe and able to learn

  • identify patterns that are draining your energy

  • create routines that support your child’s nervous system and your own

  • prepare for conversations with schools or caregivers

  • build confidence in your own instincts

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or advocacy services. It is a space for reflection, clarity, and steady forward movement.
